What We Do
City Data Services specializes in organizing data gathering and data management for generating specialized reports. CDS develops applications that integrate multiple source information from off site managers, visiting compliance personnel, commissioners and/or program/project management staff into periodic reviews, assessments and reports to funding entities. Some of the programs that we provide services to include: Federal – Community Development Block Grant, Emergency Food and Shelter Program (EFSP) and HOME - to State – bond and loan projects; CDLAC, TCAC, RDA, as well as privately funded grants and loans such as Ford Foundation and United Way. City Data Services offers a single, comprehensive solution for managing, tracking, monitoring and reporting on human services programs/projects for governmental and private agencies.
Pricing
We charge two fees – a one-time fee for setting-up your application/management system online, and a monthly fee to provide 24-7 hosting, maintenance, modifications, training (staff, providers, board members), and customer service. That is it! We take pride in serving our customers. We will answer questions whenever it is needed, conduct multiple trainings on an annual basis or as needed AND assist in any way necessary for your system to run smoothly from start to finish. Once you are part of our system, there are NO additional license fees, seat fees, or any additional charges to use or make minor improvements to the system, regardless of the number of users, amount of data, or number of programs you are monitoring. One time set-up costs range from $1,800 - $12,000 and monthly maintenance fees range from $180 - $480 per month. We also offer discounts on consortium pricing.
