What We Do
City Data Services specializes in organizing data gathering and data management for generating specialized reports.
This includes development of applications that integrate information from multiple sources including off site managers, visiting compliance personnel
and program/project management staff into periodic reports to funding entities ranging from Federal – including Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME and other HUD divisions, to State – bond and loan projects; CDLAC, TCAC, RDA, as well as privately
funded grants and loans such as Ford Foundation and United Way. City Data Services offers a single, comprehensive solution
for tracking, monitoring and reporting affordable housing projects and human services programs for governmental and private agencies.
Pricing
We charge a one-time fee for setting you up on our system and training your staff, plus a monthly maintenance fee for maintaining, modifying, and hosting your information.
We assess the complexity of reports on human service programs and housing projects that you are responsible for managing, and give
you a quote for setup and maintenance. While pricing does vary, the usual cost for mid-size cities (populations from 20,000 to 200,000) is in the range of
$2,500-$15,000, with a fixed monthly fee in the $200-$700 range. Once your city is part of our system, there are NO additional license fees, seat fees, or any additional charges to use the
system, regardless of the number of users, amount of data, or number of programs you are monitoring.
