Micro-Small Business Assistance

The City of Burbank is offering two types of assistance to small businesses to assist with the current economic challenges as a result of COVID-19. If you meet the pre-qualifications listed below, click the button to complete your application:

Microenterprise Assistance
To prequalfy, you must meet the following criteria:
  • This loan is for self-employed persons, gig workers, and contractors.
  • Must be a small business (with no employees)
  • Must be low-Income to qualify (see table below)
  • Business must demonstrate COVID 19 impact
  • Assistance up to $5,000

Unfortunately, we have received our quota of applications at this time. After we review the applications that have been received, we may re-open the application. Please check back on the City of Burbank website for further information.

Small Business Assistance
To prequalfy, you must meet the following criteria:
  • This loan is for Small Businesses.
  • Must have at least 2 and no more than 20 employees (including yourself)
  • Must create or retain 1 FTE position for a low-income employee (see income limits below)
  • Business must demonstrate COVID 19 impact
  • Assistance up to $10,000
