| The City of Salinas is offering assistance to small businesses to assist with the current economic challenges as a result of COVID-19. If you meet the pre-qualifications listed below, click the button to complete your application. This is the first section of a brief 3 part application. |

| Small Business Assistance |
To prequalify, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must have been in business for at least one year – since February 2019
- You must have have legal resident status
- You must have a current City of Salinas business license in good standing (no violations or citations)
- You must attest that you have not received any other form of COVID – 19 assistance (PPP/EIDL)
- Assistance is available up to $10,000

| Evaluation Criteria: you will be asked to provide certain documentation, for each document that you provide you will be given a certain amount of points. It is to your benefit to provide as many documents as possible. |
