Residential Rent & Utility Assistance Application

The City of Seaside is offering Residential Rent & Utility Assistance to households struggling with the current economic challenges as a result of COVID-19. If you meet the pre-qualifications listed below, click the button to complete your application:

To prequalfy, you must meet the following criteria:
  • You must live in the City of Seaside, and
  • You must be behind on Rent or Seaside Municipal Water payments and,
  • You must be able to demonstrate a COVID 19 impact on your ability to pay your rent, and
  • Your current annual household income does not exceed the income levels listed in the table below

Unfortunately, we are out of funds for this program at the moment. We are looking for additional sources of funding, and may re-open the application. Please check back on the City of Seaside website for further information.
